The development of a fraud risk management program is a proactive approach to protect corporation, promote compliance among the work environment, and encourage transparency in the workplace. This presentation provides the key elements and a strategic approach in the implementation of a risk based anti-fraud program based on recommendation from international bodies such as IIA, ACFE, AICPA, and SCCE that consider various sources of risks such as local employment and labor laws, the Global Anti-trust and Anti-corruption regulations, such as FCPA and UK bribery acts, while maintain best practices and international standards.

The presentation provides an overview of the key components of the fraud risk management (FRM) module and the essential elements for building an effective anti-fraud program. In addition, the presentation shed light on the investigation process that provides management with a mean to measure and evaluates the effectiveness of the fraud risk management program (planning, deployment and administration)
